This event for Recipharm was all centred around the idea of ‘Summer Fun’ with the aim to bring together co-workers and families for a memorable day in the warm (or not so warm) English Summer sun.

This event for Recipharm was all centred around the idea of ‘Summer Fun’ with the aim to bring together co-workers and families for a memorable day in the warm (or not so warm) English Summer sun.
THE VENUE
The client sourced a local venue close to their offices, which provided ample space and bar, parking and toilet facilities onsite. On the outdoor grounds we installed a large marquee for the guests to use as a Relax area, where they could sit comfortably and network with fellow colleagues. As the venue also had a large outdoor field, this blank space allowed us to completely transform the location into the perfect Company Summer Festival.

WHAT WE DID
We devised the perfect combination of adrenaline-soaked inflatable activities, delicious food, and live music to turn this company’s summer party into something to be remembered! From the classic It’s a Knockout Big Red Balls, to testing your precision on the Archery targets, we made sure to include something for everyone. We then joined the group onsite, to provide end to end Project and Event Management, to ensure the whole day ran seamlessly and was a roaring success.

The turnout on the day was better than expected, with everyone giving all of the games a go, then sitting in the afternoon sun to enjoy some delicious food. Safe to say, no one left without a smile on their face, and a belly full of food. The event was a huge success, ensuring a repeat booking for the following year!
